DAY 1: DELHI

OLD DELHI- We invite you to an enjoyable trip to Old Delhi, also known as Shajahanabad. From monuments to colourful streets, you will discover everything here. Additionally, delicious street food and plenty of shopping will be a part of this tour. Old Delhi is coloured with many such beautiful and vibrant markets. This would be your best experience of Delhi local tour package.

JAMA MASJID: Post breakfast, firstly, we’ll go to Jama Masjid in Delhi. It is one of the biggest mosques in India built by Shah Jahan in the 17th century. It can accommodate up to 25,000 visitors at a time and it is just wonderful to look at because of its beautiful decorations, three main gates and two high towers that are made of red sandstone and white marble.
 

CHANDNI CHOWK RICKSHAW TOUR In your exciting delhi local tour package we will take you on a fun rickshaw ride. HUMAYUN TOMB: After satiating hunger with delicious lunch, we will go to Humayun Tomb. This structure always will be considered as the first major landmark of Mughal architecture in India. It was built in 1565 A.D. This was planned and built by his first wife, Bega Begam. The main characteristics of the tomb comprise of sustained gardens, pathways, streams, a central well, and a mausoleum with two domes on top. It served as a prototype of Taj Mahal.

LODHI GARDEN: Lodhi Garden ranks among the top places to hang out in Delhi for many people. It has an historical and architectural value. There are a few old buildings which look like tombs and a special water body along with a bridge. Additionally, there is a glass garden with bonsai park and rose garden.

Day-2: Delhi

LUTYEN’S DELHI: The British capital city Delhi is called Lutyens Delhi in honour of British architect, Sir Edwin Lutyens who was also part of architectural designs of the British era from the early 20th century. Rashtrapati Bhawan and inevitable houses for top officers of the government was designed by him. Today in our Delhi local tour package, we will discover New Delhi which is a contrast of Old Delhi.


INDIA GATE : India Gate rests in the heart of New Delhi; it is similar to the "Arc de Triomphe" in France and signifies the sacrifice of around 70,000 Indian soldiers during the First World War. After independence, the Amar Jawan Jyoti, an eternal flame, was added to pay tribute to the soldiers who died during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Indian gate is all lit up with lights at night, and it is also showcased with a colorful fountain. You will enjoy the adjoining region which is both, beautiful and pristine, thus making it ideal for family picnics.

PARLIAMENT HOUSE : Next, in your Delhi local tour package, we will take you on a drive past Parliament House. It is a circular colonnaded building, has numerous ministerial offices, committee rooms, and a first-class library. Planned in Imperial Style, the Parliament House includes an open veranda with 144 columns. Rajya Shabha and Lok Shabha meetings are conducted in circular central hall with oak paneled walls and the three semi-circular buildings.

RASHTRAPATI BHAVAN is a grand architecture which was built on 330 acres of the estate. This architecture was completed in 17 years. It has 2.5 kilometers of corridors and 190 acres of garden area. Additionally, the main building covers an area of 5 acres, and it has 340 rooms that are distributed over 4 stories of the building. Moreover, the celebrated Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan are spread over an area of 15 acres. The estate also has the Presidential Museum Complex. We will cover Rastrapati Bhavan through the drive-past.

CANNAUGHT PLACE : We are inviting you to Connaught Place, one of the largest business centers! In short, it is CP aka Delhi's commercial heart. Named after Prince Arthur, it was built in 1929 – 1933 and it was a part of Lutyens’ Delhi. Shaped like a horseshoe, CP has two circles: exterior (Blocks A-F) and interior (Blocks G-P). It houses flagship businesses, governance offices, and well-known shopping outlets.

 

BANGLA SAHIB : Gurudwara Bangla Sahib stands at the center of the Connaugt Place market which is a peaceful, serene place in the busy city. The sanctum where the holy book is kept and the pond that surrounds it are open to the public for them to experience quiet contemplation. Another thing is that this building contains a kitchen, an art gallery and a school.

QUTAB MINAR : Qutub Minar stands out attractively at a height 73 meters which is around 240 feet tall, making it a towering structure. Whereas Qutub-ud-din Aibak started its construction in the 12th century, it was completed under the reign of Shamsu'd-Din Iltutmish, who was his son-in-law as well as successor, in the 13th century.

AKSHARDHAM : The main stands at 141 feet high, 316 feet wide, and 356 feet long. The Akshardham gives tribute to Lord Swaminarayan and houses Hindu cultural legacy of thousands of years.

  • Within 10 business days you will get the applicable refund amount.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If customer cancels the trip 30 days before the date of travel, then we will charge 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees
  • If the customer cancels the trip 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, then we will Charge 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
  • If They are 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost we deduct as cancellation fees
  • Certain tours or activities might be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, union issues like strikes, government restrictions, or any other situation beyond human control. In such cases, you will receive alternate best options. However, we will not refund cash.
