Your next stop is Gopi Talav, a pond associated with the tales of Lord Krishna. Then, get ready to head towards Bet Dwarka through a short boat ride.
Bet Dwarka is an island which is believed to be the residence of Lord Krishna. After exploring the temples of Bet Dwarka, we will head back towards Dwarka and on our way, we will visit Rukmani Temple. In the evening, attend the majestic aarti at the Dwarkadhish Temple. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
After breakfast in Dwarka, check out and drive to Somnath for enjoying Somnath and Dwarka tour packages. En route, we will stop by Porbandar - the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Here, we will be exploring Kirti Mandir, which is a museum and memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi and visiting the Sudama Temple, a childhood friend of Lord Krishna.
After this, we will head towards Somnath, and upon reaching Somnath, check in to the hotel. After freshening up, we will explore important religious sites such as Balka Tirth, a place where Lord Krishna is believed to have renounced his earthly body.
Then, we will go to Triveni Sangam, a confluence of three rivers such as Hiran, Kapila and Sarswati. Next, we visit Geeta Mandir, a temple known for its beautiful carvings and inscriptions from Bhagavad Gita. In the evening, attend the aarti at the renowned Somnath Temple and after that, enjoy the Light and Sound Show that narrates the history of the temple. Overnight stay at Somnath.
Post breakfast, we will be heading back to Ahmedabad, and en route, we will be taking a stop at Junagadh. This historical site offers attractions such as Uparkot Fort, an ancient fort famous for its massive walls, Navlakha Palace to witness the royal architecture and beauty, and last but not least, Gondal, a town known for its grand palaces and historical sites. After this, we will be reaching Ahmedabad, and upon arrival, we will check in the hotel and rest overnight.
On the final day of our Somnath and Dwarka tour packages, after breakfast, we will head towards the Statue of Unity. This colossal statue is of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, which is the tallest in the world at 182 meters.
