The customer gets a confirmation voucher via email or mobile number within 24 hours of successful bookings.
In unforeseen case, the preferred slots are not available, we will arrange an alternate schedule of the customer’s desire and send a new confirmation voucher.
Alternatively, the customer can freely ask to cancel their booking before confirmation and get a full refund.

If customer cancels the trip 30 days before the date of travel, then we will charge 25% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If the customer cancels the trip 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, then we will charge 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If the customer cancels within 0 to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation fees.
Certain tours or activities might be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, union issues like strikes, government restrictions, or any other situation beyond human control. In such cases, you will receive alternate best options. However, we will not refund cash.

We do not charge a fee for changing dates, but the price may vary based on the availability and cost of services on the new date.
Date changes are subject to availability of the requested services on the new date.
