• Your designated driver will pick you up from Railway station, Airport in Ahmadabad on Day one of your trip and take you on a tour as per the tour Programme.

• Once your trip from is completed, you will be dropped Railway station or airport in Ahmadabad  by our driver on the Last day itself.

Confirmation Policy

• The customer gets a confirmation voucher via email or mobile number within 24 hours of successful bookings.
• In unforeseen case, the preferred slots are not available, we will arrange an alternate schedule of the customer’s desire and we will send a new confirmation voucher.
• Alternatively, the customer can freely ask to cancel their booking before confirmation and get a full refund.

Refund Policy

• Within 10 business days you will get the applicable refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

• If customer cancels the trip 30 days before the date of travel, then we will charge 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees
• If the customer cancels the trip 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, then we will Charge 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
• If They are 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost we deduct as cancellation fees
• Certain tours or activities might be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, union issues like strikes, government restrictions, or any other situation beyond human control. In such cases, you will receive alternate best options. However, we will not refund cash.

Payment Terms Policy

• 100.0% of total tour cost we will require 0 days before the date of booking.

Date change policy

• We do not want a fee for a Date Change, but the services you want on the new date can be expensive or cheaper. We will charge or return the difference as applicable.
• Date Change will depend on the availability of the services on the new requested date.
