Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Haridwar to Guptkashi

The first day of your Badrinath Kedarnath tour package begins with traveling from Haridwar towards Guptkashi, a beautiful little town located in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. The drive also gives you the opportunity for viewing the beautiful scenic of the region of Uttarakhand with the flowing beside you the Mandakini River. On the way, take a halt at Tilwara for the view of the Mandakini River which offers an extremely clear look at the mountains.

 Guptkashi’, prescient with temples and subsuming legends, is associated with legends stating that Lord Shiva had disguised himself from the Pandavas. Visit the Adarsh Nagar Temple that has tremendous religious importance in Guptkashi. The temple is located in the middle of the greenery that creates a serene atmosphere good for meditation and prayers. Afterwards, you can get back to your accommodation and rest as the next day is a travel to holy Kedarnath.

Day 2: Guptkashi to Gaurikund to Kedarnath

On the second day of the Badrinath Kedarnath tour package, the journey begins with an early breakfast and drive to Gaurikund, the starting point for the trek to Kedarnath. Gaurikund, named after Goddess Parvati, is the from where she meditated to impress Lord Shiva. Pilgrims can take a bath in the Gaurikund hot water spring before beginning their 14-kilometre trek to Kedarnath temple. The trek can be done on foot, on horseback, by using doli or by helicopter at your own expense.

 

 The trek to Kedarnath involves a lot of traveling through dense forests and many uphill climbs along with some of the finest vistas of mountain ranges capped with snow. When you get to Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, you will find yourself charged with the spirit of this shrine. Witness the divine experience of the evening aarti of Lord Shiva, and return to Guptkashi.

Day 3: Guptkashi to Badrinath

On the third day of your Badrinath Kedarnath tour package, proceed for Badrinath – another place of the Char Dham Circuit. On reaching, take bath in Tapt kund, an excellent natural hot water spring, which is said to purify the body and mind, then proceed for ‘darshan of Badrivishal’. The Badrinath Temple situated at the banks of Alaknanda River amidst the neighbouring mountains of Nar and Narayan provide a very peaceful location.

In the evening, participate in the evening aarti, which is so serene and spiritual that it gives the serenity of the evening adding to a positive touch. After the Aarti proceed to some sightseeing around Mana Village, a tiny village located at the border of Tibet.

Visit Tour Vyas Gufa, a place where Maharishi Veda Vyasa has written the epic Mahabharata, and Mata Murthee Temple, shrine dedicated to the mother of Lord Badri Nath. There are other places in Badrinath which are as fascinating and revered such as Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the ‘Mukh’ of river Saraswathi.

Day 4: Badrinath to Joshimath to Rudraprayag

Your journey in the Badrinath Kedarnath tour package continues as you drive from Badrinath to Joshimath to Rudraprayag. Joshimath, a town of religious importance contains Narsingh Temple where Lord Vishnu is worshipped in partial human and partial lion as Narsingh. It is also the winter abode of Lord Badrinath, and therefore, a place of great importance for any pilgrimage.

En Route Rudraprayg, you will pass through Vishnuprayag, where the Alaknanda River joins Dhauliganga River, and Karnprayag, where meeting point of Alaknanda and Pindar rivers. Last stop at Rudraprayag, one of the five Panch Prayag rivers where Mandakini and Alaknanda Rivers meet. The religious value of the town is further enhanced by the fact that Kedarnath is only 86 km away. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag to discuss the day’s yatra events & spiritual thoughts & feelings.

Day 5: Rudraprayag to Haridwar

The ninth and the last destination of your Badrinath Kedarnath tour package will be Rudraprayag from where you will be driven back to Haridwar. During this, you can sit back and reflect on everything that has been spiritually and scenically toured for the past few days. This tour ends when you arrive Haridwar bringing with you the divine feel of the holy tour of Uttarakhand.

Transfer

  • Transfer and sightseeing in Swift Dzire/Toyota Etios or similar, Tempo traveller, Bus as per tour plan.
  • Your designated driver will pick you up from Railway station, Airport in Haridwar on Day one of your trip and take you on a tour as per the tour Programme.
  • Once your trip from is completed, you will be dropped Railway station or airport in Haridwar by our driver on the Last day itself.

Cancellation Policy

  • If customer cancels the trip 30 days before the date of travel, then we will charge 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees
  • If the customer cancels the trip 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, then we will Charge 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
  • If They are 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost we deduct as cancellation fees
  • Certain tours or activities might be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, union issues like strikes, government restrictions, or any other situation beyond human control. In such cases, you will receive alternate best options. However, we will not refund cash.
